General Policy

Reservation Guarantee: Reservation is guaranteed until 9am MT the morning following arrival date. If you do not contact our office before this time notifying us that you will be a late arrival, you agree to forfeit the reservation. At that time NO REFUND IS DUE, the site can be resold at the discretion of the property.

Written Cancellation Policy

The first night's deposit is nonrefundable. If the reservation is cancelled by 1pm, 24 hours prior to the date of check-in, the remaining balance will be refunded, excluding the first night deposit for each site reserved and nonrefundable service fee. If reservation is cancelled without the full 24 hour prior notice to the 1pm check-in time the total balance is non-refundable for the entire stay. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. Wild Bill Reservation Policies: The 1st night deposit is non-refundable and due at booking. Reservations cancelled after June 10, 2024 are non-refundable. Wild Bill Reservations require a 2 night minimum stay. Reservation is guaranteed until 9am the morning following arrival date. If you do not contact the office before this time notifying them that you will be a late arrival, you agree to forfeit the reservation. At that time NO REFUND IS DUE, the site can be resold at the discretion of the property.

Written Deposit Policy

Equivalent of one night non refundable payment is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card . Check In

Check in starts at 1pm Late Arrivals: Customers arriving after regular office hours will need to pick up a copy of the site map and their instructions which will be left in the "Late Arrivals" mailbox by the campground office door. Reservation is guaranteed until 9 am MT the following morning of first reservation date (arrival date). If you do not contact the property before this time notifying that you will be a late arrival, you agree to forfeit the reservation. At that time NO REFUND IS DUE, the site can be resold at the discretion of the property.

Sturgis Motorcycle Rally Reservation Policy: 5 night min stay is required. Reservation is guaranteed until 9am MT the morning following the scheduled arrival date. If you do not contact our office before this time notifying us that you will be a late arrival, you agree to forfeit the reservation. At that time NO REFUND IS DUE, the site can be resold at the discretion of the property. Sturgis Cancellation Policy: The 1st night deposit is due at booking and is non-refundable. If the reservation is cancelled prior to July 15, 2024, a full refund EXCLUDING the 1st night's deposit and nonrefundable service fee, will be issued. Reservations not paid in full by July 15, 2024, are subject to cancellation. NO EXCEPTIONS. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. Kool Deadwood Nights Reservation Policy: 3 Night Min Stay required. Reservation is guaranteed until 9am MT the morning following the scheduled arrival date. If you do not contact our office before this time notifying us that you will be a late arrival, you agree to forfeit the reservation. At that time NO REFUND IS DUE, the site can be resold at the discretion of the property. Kool Deadwood Nights Cancellation Policy: The First Night's depoisit is due at time of booking and non-refundable. Full payment due by July 15, 2024, for all reservations dated August 21, 2024 to August 26, 2024. If reservation is cancelled prior to July 15, 2024 a full refund EXCLUDING the 1st night's deposit and nonrefundable service feel will be issued. After July 15, 2024, all payments made are non-refundable Reservations not paid in full by July 15, 2024 are subject to cancellation. NO exceptions.
