Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 3:00 pm MT, 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be a full refund minus $25 fee. Cancellations made after 3:00 pm MT, within 14 days of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.
Written Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. Credit Card Charged by Black Hills Central Reservations - Deadwood, SD.
Check In
Check in must be done between 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm MT on date of arrival. If arriving after 6:00 pm MT please call 1-605-578-2725 to confirm arrival time. A credit card is required at check-in to cover incidental charges. Property amenities are subject to change. Hotel photos representative only. If additional people check in contradicting what the reservation states there will be a $10.00 per person additional charge.

Smoking rooms will result in a $250.00 per night cleaning fee. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. 50% non refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking. Final payment is due June 1st and will automatically be charged to your card. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: 50% deposit is non refundable at the time of booking. Final payment due June 1st. If canceled on or after June 1st entire reservation is non refundable. You will receive a contract from Black Hills Central Reservation to sign and return back. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking.
