Written Cancellation Policy
All Thundercove Inn Reservations will be non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival (See Special Restricted Dates Below). If cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival the guest will receive a full refund minus a $25.00 cancellation fee and a 5% service charge. Holidays and special Events: 14 day cancellation policy were if cancelled before the 14 days a 1 nights deposit is non refundable, if cancelled after the 14 days the entire reservation is non refundable. (New Years Eve Dec 31 - Jan 1, Mardi Gras Feb. 9-10, Presidents Day Feb. 16-18, Memorial Day May 25-27)
Written Deposit Policy
Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card 14 days before arrival.

Final payment is due June 1st and will automatically be charged to your credit card. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If a reservation is cancelled prior to June 1st, there is a full refund less a 1 nights deposit. If a reservation is cancelled after June 1st, no refund is due.
