General Policy

Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 3 p.m. MT, 7 days or more prior to arrival date, will be charged $50 plus a 5% handling fee. Cancellations made after 3 p.m. MT, within 7 days of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. Holiday and special event reservations require a 30 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled before 3 p.m. MT 30 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged $50 plus a 5% handling fee. Reservations cancelled after 3 p.m. MT within 30 days of arrival date are nonrefundable. Kool Deadwood Nites & New Year's Eve require 1 night at time of booking non refundable.
Written Deposit Policy
Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card 14 days before arrival. All Non-Smoking. Anyone that smokes in the suites will be charged a $100 fee by the management.

You may pick up your key next door at Deadwood Dick's Antiques at 51 Sherman St.. Check in is 3 p.m. MT. If you will be arriving after 6 p.m./Winter or 8p.m./Summer please call in advance for instructions. 605-343-8126. A credit card is required at check-in to cover incidental charges. Property amenities are subject to change. Hotel photos representative only. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due June 1st and will automatically be charged to your credit card. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If a reservation is cancelled prior to June 1st, there is a full refund less a 1 nights deposit. If a reservation is cancelled after June 1st, no refund is due.
