Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 3 p.m. MT, 3 days or more prior to arrival date, will be charged $25 plus a 5% handling fee. Cancellations made after 3 p.m. MT, within 3 days of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. Holiday reservations require a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled before 3 p.m. MT 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged $25 plus a 5% handling fee. Reservations cancelled after 3 p.m. MT within 14 days of arrival date are nonrefundable
Written Deposit Policy
Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Front Desk is staffed from 6am – 10 pm. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. 50% at time of booking. Final payment due on May 1st and will automatically be charged to your credit card. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If a reservation is cancelled prior to May 1st there is a full refund less your deposit, plus you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. After May 1st the reservation is non-refundable.
