Cancellations must be made before 3pm 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours are non refundable. Holiday reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 14 days are nonrefundable. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.

Payment is due 7 days prior to arrival and will automatically charged to your credit card by Black Hills Central Reservations. Holiday reservations require payment 14 days prior to arrival and will be charged to your credit card by Black Hills Central Reservations. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Equivalent of 50% rental is due March 1st. Final payment is due June 1st and will automatically be charged to your credit card by the Black Hills Central Reservations. Your reservation in non refundable at this time. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If a reservation is cancelled prior to June 1st, there is a full refund. If a reservation is cancelled on or after June 1st, no refund is due.
