Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 3 p.m. MT, 3 days or more prior to arrival date, will be charged $25 fee. Cancellations made after 3 p.m. MT, within 3 days of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. Holiday and special event reservations require a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled before 3 p.m. MT 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged $25 fee. All service fees are non-refundable. DEADWOOD SPECIAL EVENTS & MICKELSON TRAIL MARATHON CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made before 3 p.m. MT, 14 days or more prior to arrival date, will be charged $25 fee. Cancellations made after 3 p.m. MT, within 14 days of the arrival date, are nonrefundable.
Written Deposit Policy
Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due June 1st and will automatically be charged to your credit card. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If a reservation is cancelled prior to June 1st, there is a full refund less a 1 nights deposit. If a reservation is cancelled after June 1st, no refund is due.
